The www.allmedcares.com website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by AllMed Solutions, LLC (“AllMed”). www.allmedcares.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these Terms carefully and keep a copy for your reference.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
www.allmedcares.com is an e commerce site providing information related to orthopedic bracing, DVT prevention products, and related medical solutions. The Site may also be used to submit inquiries, request product information, or communicate with AllMed regarding products and services.

Your use of www.allmedcares.com is subject to AllMed’s Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy, which governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
Visiting www.allmedcares.com or sending emails, texts, or form submissions to AllMed constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
AllMed Solutions, LLC does not provide warranties on products sold through the Site. All product warranties, if applicable, are provided solely by the product manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
Any product submitted for a warranty claim must be returned as required by the manufacturer. If a product is not returned when required, the submitting party will be responsible for the full cost of the product.
NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You are granted a non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site strictly in accordance with these Terms. As a condition of your use of the Site, you agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited by these Terms.
All content included on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AllMed or its suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
Use of the Site does not grant you any ownership rights in any protected content or intellectual property.
INTERNATIONAL USERS
The Site is controlled, operated, and administered by AllMed from within the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AllMed, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any losses, costs, liabilities, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
ARBITRATION
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act. Arbitration shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association or a similar arbitration service agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
This arbitration provision shall survive termination of these Terms.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER
All arbitration proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis. Class actions, class arbitrations, and representative proceedings are not permitted. You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
THE INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ALLMED DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLMED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.
TERMINATION AND ACCESS RESTRICTION
AllMed reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the Site, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law.
CHANGES TO TERMS
AllMed reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will supersede all previous versions. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
